CRACKLING:
The crackle is to force the appearance of cracks on the surface painted to imitate the typical aging caused by years of painted wood.

PROCEDURE: 1 .-
Apply the background color on the substrate to be decorated, keeping in mind that this is the color that appears in the cracks. You can paint stirrer or sponge. Gives a second layer, so that everything is well covered, and let dry. 2 .-
Crazing Applies to water based. You can do it like any other acrylic paint, so you just have to keep in mind that can influence: humidity, temperature, amount of crackle and paint applied ... thus the final effect is not predictable.
The type of crack, also depend on when the paint is applied, if Crazing is "bite", the cracks are usually wider. If you expect to dry the same, the cracks are finer. 3 .-
Crazing Once applied, you can apply the acrylic, resulting in the appearance of cracks, the paint color should contrast with the background color, so that the cracks are enhanced.
The strokes should be in the same direction as those of CRACKLING, and must be chained to each other, without going over the painting, in order not to drag Crazing. 4 .-
